Mostly we attract people who have been let down by their accountants, and crave a conscientious, caring accounting team they can trust with it all. Clients who love us the most admit they don’t know lots about tax and financial things, and put their trust in us. Clients who think they know lots about accounting usually over-estimate their knowledge. They undervalue us, and aren’t a good fit.

We very rarely let our clients down but if we do we take full responsibility to fix it.
